I bring over 15 years of experience in employee engagement, organizational development, and change across complex organizations. I’ve worked with enterprise-scale engagement programs, leadership teams, and frontline managers as they navigate tough data, cultural friction, and pressure to improve results.
My work is grounded in change management, manager enablement, and people science. I draw on proven frameworks for behavior change, psychology, and systems thinking to help organizations move from insight to action in a way that sticks.
